How to Connect your Windows 8.1 PC to GITWIFI in GIT College Campus

So the Microsoft Released the new and better Windows 8.1 update after obvious failure of Windows 8, but everyone of us here in GIT were not be able to update our Windows to the newest version though it was made available for free because of very unusual reason that the college WiFi network encryption was not supported in the new version. I tried to find the reason why it was supported in earlier versions but not in the newest one. I found that Microsoft had removed the capability to configure WPA security and its associated types of encryption (i.e. TKIP, and GITWIFI is encrypted in the same). While it is true that most of the world has moved on to WPA2 or better, there are still many companies who are Cisco shops that still use WPA/TKIP. If you had noticed, the routes in the campus are of Cisco, so it was obvious that they were using TKIP encryption.

Now, are we going to use the same old Windows though it is needed to update to the latest one? No Way!!!

TechVista 2014: My Experience

24th January 2014.

Though the whole country was waiting for this day to see Salman’s brand new movie, my excitement was for some other reason. I got up very early that morning, as i had to attend a very exciting symposium organised every year by Microsoft Research India. It’s Called TechVista, and this year it was organised in my city, Jaipur. I was invited by my seniors and was told that its a very good opportunity for everyone of us, so i immediately agreed.

That morning was damn cold, but still, i walked down 3 kilometers early in the morning to the venue which was the huge auditorium of  Tagore International School, Jaipur. I guess i was the first one to reach there.

My sinusodial Life

How should i start this? Ok, its sinusodial, so it should start from bottom, and i was there at the railway station, my mom was crying, i was leaving home, to rise.
I planned everything, i tried hard, i was optimistic, never thought of giving in, but.... I had to fall.
It was all unplanned, it was all illusion, i never dreamed..... Wish i had tasted that nightmare beforehand.
Friends, i had a few, tried to escape with them. I was sitting on the chair, clicking a few buttons rapidly but i had to be sitted on the chair, scratching the pen like hell....... Battel lost, Game Over.
I had to cry, i had to suffer, all dreams crushed. But its a game, Next one started.

That cute n naughty little thing.
